The Way of The Warrior

In this immersive 2 part workshop we look at how different movement patterns compliment one another in unfolding a dynamic, adaptable practice that taps into the to the intelligence of the human body.

Through approaching your practice from the art of Shoshin we are able to open ourselves to the beginners mindset. One that allows us to learn about our bodies on a more profound level.

The concept; Shoshin represents an attitude of openness, eagerness, and lack of preconception when studying a subject. Even at the most advanced level you are encouraged to approach the practice with curiosity as there is always something new to be leant.
