Consistency is key!

Being able to establish new patterns that are easy to implement and digestible into your daily lives and movement practice is what allows us to see positive results.

 

My 4 Pillar Method is structured to help you take small steps each day that have big impacts on the way we move, think, see and hear. By following a set schedule with the option to attend live-stream or recorded classes.

You can attend livestream and recorded classes. This programme is also offered fully recorded to complete in your own time. All recordings are valid for 3 months.

This 28 day challenge will teach you how to build strength and flexibility physically and mentally while building confidence within your self and the movements. Igniting a mindful approach to your movement practise which allows you to remain in a constant state of growth.

Where you can see 3 classes in the morning these are all optional as to whether you attend them all or just one or two. When you book any class you will have the option to book into a livestream class or to receive a recorded version of the class. This programme is open to all levels.
