my aim

Over the 3 hours we will work through the knots and noises of everyday life. Rid unwanted tension and energy. Release. And create new pathways for subtle energy to flow. Focused on wellness and remove the seriousness of life.

It's all in the know.

Knowledge is the most accessible tool.

Retreats equip you with accessible tools to create your own self care map. It doesn't need  to look pretty in fact even better if it makes you laugh. Leave knowing where to start.

Move the way you tell you too.

All movement is accessible with many modifications & options for prop support. Not everything in movement looks a specific way. Sometimes we just have to make our way there. It's all about how it feels and sits in your body at the end of the day.

Work with not against.

Let's give up the fight & just be human.

Tools & talks on how to work with your nervous system not against it.
Detox & Iron out the creases.

Included

Note to self; this is not the time to rush

Bed time all the time & that's OK.

If there is a calling to sleep for the 3 hours so be it. Otherwise you may want to explore what's on offer.
