Reroute to Rise

Dynamic Qigong | Chinese Medicine | Art Expression | Candlelit Breathe & Meditate

- open to all levels, ages and abilities

Across cultures and species winter in a critical season for rest and reflection. It can be difficult to embody this wisdom when the systems that surround us demand otherwise. Yet, can we nurture the vitality that comes from intention-simply and boldly? To maintain life, there must be a period where enough energy is cultivated and stored so it can be utilised for growth later in time. Returning to the natural rhythms between dormancy and flow gives honour to the biology within and around us.

In this workshop you are guided through the transition of seasons as we begin to turn inwards and listen. Focused on the integration of Wu | Yi | Chan through recognising the pull towards the depth of yin.

WU - We explore the qigong element in season Mental, which encourages us to let go.

The major organs associated with the metal element are the lungs and large intestine, focused on cleansing in preparation for the coming season of winter by clearing the meridian lines so our energy (qi) can flow freely. This is achieved through the art of dynamic qigong.

YI - With free flowing energy we are able to explore the internal to external expression of our energy through art, performed with bamboo dowels and onto paper. This allows us to witness this process by igniting the creative part of the brain which we can feel a calling as we begin to slow and the light fades. An activation of your creative eye.

CHAN - Returning to the earth to ground fully into self and foundation. Lead by the mechanics of the breath to understand how to breath efficiently and continue cleansing the lungs. You will be guided into a candlelit meditation that allows you to lay your roots and anchor yourself to your foundation. Think warm, cosy and quiet.

Reroute your foundation. Rise into your power.
