Our mission is to encourage individuals to reach peak performance in a sustainable way and one that can be applied to everyday lives. Focused on stress management, self awareness, enhanced flexibility of the body and mind, while normalising recovery as a fundamental to our everyday lives.

Lisa Shaw

Lisa has dedicated 23 years to educating herself on the capabilities of the human body. Creating the 4 pillar method Lisa has run many successful Peak Performance programs for all abilities. Her knowledge has developed from her bodyboarding background

Surf Coaching

Finn Clark

Finn's surfing career started at the age of 10, when his Dad first introduced him to it. Since then Finn has taken his surfing to new heights while setting high standards throughout the competitive Scottish Surfing scene. 

Winning many titles and competing in the euros, Finn has the skills, focus and determination to bring any young surfer to a peak performance level.
